We were visiting NYC for my b-day and were doing a number of things around the Times Square/Rockefellar Plaza area so the location was excellent! It's a very nice hotel, nice swanky bar and lovely restaurant. Every member of the staff was freindly. We had a good-sized room and the shower was wonderful. I do wish they had better in-room dining options (a pot/caraffe of coffee versus having to order individual cups would have made the mornings better). And I would have preferred a firmer mattress and pillows. I wore earbuds at night, so the busy night-time noice didn't bother me but sirens and loud trucks woke my husband up a few times - to be expected in the middle of NYC.

Very nice mother daughter trip
Mother daughter trip. Super fun. Great location -close enough to Times Square but away from all the madness. Christmas is super nice at Bryant Park. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows and sheets were perfect. Room was very clean.

High quality in every respect
The Park Terrace is an antidote to large hotels. The check-in process is mercifully quick and painless - with real people to make sure that you get properly situated. The rooms are compact but highly functional. Beds are perfect and linens are luxurious. The rooms are spotless clean. Excellent soaps and bath products. The desk contains an array of treats that are for sale as well as a couple of complimentary items. Outside the room - filtered water is available as well as to go bottles. The lounge has fantastic coffee and fresh local made pastries. This is my new fave hotel in NY - has everything I need and nothing I don’t.

Great location - wonderful rooms. Customer service was fantastic - hotel treated us very well. Unf one elevator wasn't working for a day or so which was a little inconvenient but overall, a great stay and I would go back again.

Good but not great !
Convenient to midtown transportation and Times Square - away from the hustle and bustle. Price very high but it was Christmas holiday. Only two elevators so know you will have to wait. Nice hotel but would not consider it a luxury hotel for the price.

Pros - Very good location, Rockefeller, Theater District all are walkable. Cons - Bed was not comfortable. The elevators also took a long time, if in a hurry stairs are the best.
