I stayed here on a business trip to NY and really liked it. I tend to stay someplace different whenever I come just to test the waters. This property was clean and modern. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was great - not too small for New York. All the amenities you'd need. Only thing I didn't like was the overly heavy scent of the air freshener in the lobby and elevator. Other than that, highly recommend.

From checking in to checking out they were amazing! Five starts around the board. I asked for early check in because my flight arrived way earlier than expected they had my room ready by noon. The front desk helped me book tickets to see a broadway show and even wrote down the address for me and told me all the ways I could get there. I had a few drinks at the bar the bartender was great. The room was spacious and clean perfect for just me. The give complimentary water and soda so I was hydrated. They brought my bags to the room for me. Even gave me a bottle of wine. Then I had room service cocktails in the morning. And when checking out they gave me a bottle of water and held my bags while I went on a walk

Great property and location
The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is very good. The reason for less than 5-start was that they really struggled with check in and availability of the room which was delayed by more than an hour after expected check in. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location. At arrival the team were incredibly welcoming and took time to explain how the hotel worked and offer tips for tourists in NYC. Interestingly they have a "no tipping" policy at the hotel as they say they price this into your bill. It's quite a novelty and takes the pressure off getting your tips "right" as an international traveller

The staff was incredible—helpful, easy to work with, and quick to respond. The hotel is very clean, chic, and the location could not be more perfect for exploring NYC. I highly recommend staying here.
