The hotel was in a great location, great walking distance to many locations and near two subway stations. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bright. No robes as shown in the photos and the toiletries were a shampoo/conditioner combo :(

Good location and clean. Staff’s friendly. Room is clean. Just three things that could be better:1. My refrigerator was broken and I asked for it to be fixed and it never was fixed. 2. Mattress was old and slopes to the right. Mattress should have double white sheets. 3. Maid entered room to clean even though the sign on my door said not to disturb.

Very Nice
Very clean, spacious and trendy. on the reception and outside feels nice to hang out. Gym is on the top floor where you can see the nice skyscrapers.

The hotel says they will give you a free bottle of wine or champagne as a VIP service, but never does. The room phone didn’t work for calling the front desk and it is hit or miss messaging them in the Expedia App.

Excellent management
This is the third time I chose to stay here and the service is consistently good. They helped me a great deal with this particular stay and I really appreciated it very much. The room is more spacious than in most hotels I’ve stayed. Will definitely look into staying here again.

The stay was great. Everything went well but the internet at the property doesn't work. So if you are going to disconnect, this is a good spot to stay but if you need internet, may be choose another spot

The rooms were clean and neat. Public transportation were very close by. However, most of the staff were quite unfriendly towards guests. Most staff felt like they did not want to be there and therefore treated guest rudely and was very short tempered. Felt as though they were very unaccomadating. They over promised and under delivered on most of the promises and even changing their minds on what they promised. Amenities were not stocked properly and required lots of prompting and requesting for them to be provided. Would personally skip this hotel and chain of hotels in the future especially if the prices were similar to the major chains.
