Beautiful, clean rooms and lobby. Formidable and helpful staff. Close/convenient to restaurants, subway, Times Square, Central Park and Columbus circle. Room was ready before 9am, which gave us comfort and peace of mind as we went out on our NYC adventure for the day! If I had 1 downfall, it would be that our view was the top of another roof. Would've liked to people watch and see the bustling city from the room…however, we did that out and about all day, and this would not hinder us from staying at Park Central again! Thank you all!!!

I booked this hotel for a quick trip to the city and I was not disappointed! I read others reviews about the bathrooms, the long elevator waits, the rooms being small? We had the standard 1 King Bed room and it was HUGE for being a NYC hotel room? There was a hallway like area with the closest and the bathroom to your right when you walked in and it was huge! It was so roomy! I really recommend staying here! Ignore the reviews of everyone that has problems with minor hotel flaws. Maybe I just got lucky on room size, but when you stay in NYC, you should automatically assume the room is gonna be smaller

Great location and price.
We were quite pleased with the quality of this New York hotel in light of the great location and excellent price. We found the staff very helpful and the bed very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay right across from Carnegie Hall, and not far from Time Square or Central Park.

Amazing stay. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. Room is pretty dark though. Location of hotel is awesome. 2 corners from Central Park and 5th avenue. 10 minutes walk to Times Square, 40 minutes walk and you’re in Washington Square Park !! I’d go back.

Great value great location
Very clean and reasonably large room for Manhattan at that price point. Perhaps a bit light on amenities in the room (e.g. no coffee maker) but this was a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location for a family tourist trip. The housekeeping was excellent and the front desk reception was very friendly. The TV didn't work well with static on several channels and the link to personal streaming services didn't work, and, and there was an out of service elevator that made for very long waits with nobody from management doing any service recovery. Still we would stay there again.
