Awesome location, great rooms & staff. Long lines for the morning grab-n-go but plenty nearby to choose instead. Didn’t use the bar. Loved being able to leave bags at checkout & have the hotel book a driver for trip to airport later in the day!

This was a great place to stay as a first-time NYC visitor because everything was within walking distance. I also found it incredibly quiet despite being in the middle of Times Square.

Rooms are a little dated, but the proximity to Times Square is great. There seemed to be a lack of hot water with the shower. Disappointing when we wanted to get the NYC ick off.
