The room was small but to be honest the area was great, subway literally around the corner, times square few blocks away from there.

The hotel was close to MSG. The rooms were very small with no in room amenities. The website quoted $30 one time fee for a mini frig. When one was requested we were told it was $50 per day fee. No coffee or tea in the room only a limited hours Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms have no soundproofing can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms!!

Great location. Rooms need updating and the temperature control was poor. It was either really hot and dry or freezing cold. Also, the walls are extremely thin, and people in the room next to us got into a fight in the middle of the night and we heard everything, going on for over an hour.

This hotel is super convenient if you want easy access to Madison Square Garden, Herald Square, and the surrounding areas. The staff was very nice. The lobby is lovely but the rooms are dated and could use an upgrade.

Dated hotel. Room was disappointing
Room was little dated. Low down with no view. Paid for double double metro city view - high up! Offered another higher room the following morning which was very small and when you could get to the tiny window, you had glimpses of city! Staff on whole were not particularly helpful and on one occasion, very rude. Good location and lovely reception/foyer area but disappointing thereafter!
