The property was fine. Checking in was horrible, due to a misunderstanding or lack of information given by Expedia. I wasn’t aware of the deposit. The staff that attended to me was rude and to make matters worse I was sent to a room that wasn’t clean, granted I was given an upgrade for a larger bed after I made my concerns known. Second issue was room service, there is no information regarding room service time so twice I had to call housekeeping. I was on vacation and didn’t think I should clear early morning. I thought I would check with the front office to inquire but was basically mistreated to the extent that I demanded to speak with a manager. The manager was understanding and helped the situation, However, I thought the staff should have apologized. Some of the staff representing the hotel need to be train in customer service. I would never go back to that hotel again. P.S. my statement doesn’t represent the entire staff, only the few that unfortunately I encountered.

Place was clean and nice. What I enjoyed the most was the location of this hotel. train station is right next door, and major landmarks, attractions, and restaurants are relatively close or even walkable. There is a shuttle to Times Square and a bus to the pier. If you are looking for a place that is equidistante from all of New York this is it.

The hotel it’s great, perfect location, big room, easy checking and checkout. It doesn’t include breakfast but gives us 15 dollars daily credit on the market. In the bathroom there’s no place to put things and there’s a gap with the wall where we found toothbrush and shavers. Overall experience great.
