This is a great hotel in an excellent location. Our room was really good. The breakfast is ok.. it’s convenient to get you started for the day but the quality of the food could be better. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a place to stay in New York.

Great hotel close to Times Square. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Located on restaurant row so no need to venture far for a great meal if you’re tired. Breakfast buffet has lots of options and runs very efficiently we never had to wait for a table. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. We were very impressed by the standard of the room, especially the bathroom which was fantasitc ( apart from the hairdryer). The Grab & Go was wonderful,& the bar a welcome refuge at the end of a long day. The staff were very helpful, especially the bell boys. The best feature was the wonderful buffet breakfast which set us up every morning for a day sightseeing. The staff did a brilliant job to manage the numbers of guests at busy times.

The hotel overall is pretty and chic but the service experience is way below expectation, the buffet staff are the friendliest and rudest one is the front desk. No smile common, no greetings and the tone is just not ok
