Was perfect location for walking all the city attractions and theaters. Rooms were a little small but it really didn’t matter because we weren’t there to spend time in our room. Would definitely recommend!!

RIU Times Square was an absolute gem! The hotel is gorgeous and ALL the staff were amazing! From the doorman, concierge, front desk, bar employees, coffee shop employees, wait staff and cleaning crew. They were so helpful with any questions we had. They took pride in their work and it showed! The baristas at the coffee shop were amazing! The selection of coffees was unreal and reasonably priced. Bar staff were great and drinks were great along with the food. The staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean and safe. We were always welcomed with a smile every time we came back. Great location for walking or the subway. Breakfast was massive with very little wait time! Only drawback for me personally was the frosted glass shower. I was traveling with my adult son and was kind of an uncomfortable situation. Solution was to shower with the bathroom light off. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC!

Disappointed for the room size despite being so called upgraded. Two guests but given only one chair and limited space. It’s too expensive for that kind of room. Too noisy- you can even hear people talking outside your room and even the surroundings. Can’t sleep well at night.

Horrible experience don’t waste your money here the staff give bad customer they deactivated my card on purpose I was over charged for explanation staff wait by my door for me to leave i was harassed as soon as i open my door I only put my suit case in the hallway and staff ran to my door probably trying to steal my stuff the first day I didn’t get breakfast so the second day I was harassed by the workers for a chair as I was waiting for my friend they pulled my chair and mad a scene I asked the lady I wanted to sit in an another area cuz the guy staff was making me uncomfortable she ignored me once I finally sat in the corner area he kept coming up to me it was disgusting experience there please don’t stay HERE!!
