Great location, close to Times Square. Brwakfast buffet was great, lots of choices. One minor drawback was although on the 15th floor traffic noise was still quite loud (sirens and horns all night) but other than that a nice place to stay.

Easy to get to and from, rooms clean and ok, not much lobby seating, people all over the place waiting for transfers. Breakfast was included but I would not have paid for it. Loads of it but quality poor.

Central and conveniently located within quick walking distance to Hell's Kitchen, Broadway theaters, Times Square. Can walk to Hudson River in 15 minutes and Central Parkv within 20. Lots of food options surrounding the area. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had. Lots of hot and cold food selections. Staff friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing experience at the RIU! Two things I would let you know is that there are actually two RIU in NYC around Times Square. We went to the wrong one first but they're walkable distance to each other. Also does not offer parking which sucks but oh well. You'll have a great time there otherwise, the view is great and breakfast is pretty good!

We loved this hotel! For NYC the room is very large with 2 queen beds and a double pull out! It came with a fabulous breakfast also! Great location but be aware there are 2 Riu’s in the Area. This one is nicer. We were dropped off at the other one by accident . The only negative is the bathroom which is see through glass and lights up the whole room so not so great if you like privacy when showering.

Not sure I would stay here again
I found the front desk & a tech that visited our room to be awful. They lack appropriate/ basic customer service skills. Example: Tech showed and his first words what is the problem - no hello, how are you, etc. The Front Desk asked for items but gave no explanation as to why?
