never again!
Very disappointed, couldn’t get safe to work and had to go to reception to get wi-fi. Hand basin soap dispenser not working, no extra blankets. No tea coffee facilities in my room, my fault should have checked that beforehand. Baggage guys and doormen all great but some of the reception staff need to be a bit more pleasant. Heater in room can disturb sleep.

I just spent one night here because of a layover in NYC. The room was nice and spacious with city view. It was pretty quiet in the room despite being in a noisy area of the city. Perfect location if you want to see Broadway shows! The subway station on 50th street has an escalator if you are coming with luggage but you will still need to lift your bags up and down a few times.

Though the hotel is a bit "worn", it is in a great location to attend the theatre, and is reasonably priced for NYC. Our only complaint was that our room as cold and there was no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. Housekeeping did bring up two blankets for our bed which allowed us to be warm enough to sleep comfortably.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but the bed was not comfortable. We had a superior room. It had a queen bed with only 2 flat pillows. I had to request additional pillows. Also the bedding was very thin...nothing cozy and it was dead of winter in New York. Also there was no coffee makers in the room.

There was a doorman that was friendly upon arriving and cleaned the room with fresh towels every day..... Arrived a few hours early and was told our room was ready by the front desk but if we wanted to go in early it would cost $75.

It was a holiday, but the front desk seemed short staffed and it took quite a while waiting in line to check in. The hotel itself was fine and would stay again, assume the check in wait was a one off.
