Welcome to the VIP Blue Diamond Lounge Top Penthouse. 28 night minimum stay. When you rent this you will be in the 2 upper levels of the property. With 4 bedrooms. The private hot tub is on the very top floor. These 4 bedrooms are spread out allowing everyone to have privacy and space.
This home was designed with European style in mind. This unit sits on top of the 3rd story of the property giving you amazing views of the Carson Valley. There are 20 foot vaulted ceilings with large windows that help to bring the outside in. The Stagecoach ski lift is less than a mile away. You can hop on the shuttle for easy access. Not only is it close to world class skiing. You have Lake Tahoe's famous casinos only a 15 min drive down the hill. The Tahoe Rim trail is a short walk away. As well as some great mountain bike rides. Get your friend together and come up for a Tahoe adventure.

Annual Fall Parks trip
We had to clean a A toilet due to skidmarks being in there when we arrived and there was a lot of long hair strands found in sheet of a bed. Overall cleanliness was below average and multiple maintenance things needed to be done. I.e. holes in the wall, towel rack bar was off the wall, freezer didn’t make ice, lights above sink burn out.) additionally, I received several emails with conflicting information on entry code & check out process. Before arriving when emailed to ask if there was a Keurig, I received four email replies with different answers

Nice place. Great property manager.
The location is good. Just a short drive to Stagecoach. The unit is a little funky. Cleary it was originally designed as a two units and the took out a wall so you have this one main room that is a mirror image on each side as well as the bedrooms on each side. There quite a few things that were broken when we got there including the BBQ which couldn't be fixed until the next day. That sucked because we had planned to BBQ for dinner. One of the beds was broken, and I mean unusable broken and none of the TVs worked. The property manager was a really good guy and fixed everything on the second day but the first night was pretty rough! Three stars for all the broken stuff otherwise would have been 4.

Good of large groups
Modern, albeit a bit stark, space ideal for large groups. We were there in the winter and experienced stunning views. The space was cold and unfortunately while we were there one fireplace quit working. While the kitchen was well appointed, bring all needed food items including seasoning. Owner was very responsive.
