We booked a room with a king bed they didn’t have one. They gave us one with two queens. We went to the room and someone was already there. They gave us another room and the air didn’t work. It was the next day before it was fixed. We asked for daily maid service but only got it the first two days. Had to call for towels.

Hi, For my very first stay at the Flamingo Hotel, my stay did not go very well. I was really very disappointed especially with a hotel of this category. I did not find the service very welcoming, especially when the reception asks me if I want the cleaning to be done every day and I answer yes of course. I tell myself that the housework has been taken care of and that I don't have to worry about it anymore and just have a good vacation. Well no, the day after my first stay, when I returned from my shopping trip in the evening, the cleaning was not done. I called housekeeping to find out why the cleaning was not done, and I learned that I had to call them every morning for the cleaning to be done, even though this had been settled at reception when I arrived.On top of that, when I call housekeeping to bring a towel and pillows, I can wait several hours and still nothing. And I call back and they bring them around midnight while we are sleeping. Customer service is really poor. I was really looking forward to staying at the Flamingo Hotel but given the disappointment I felt during my stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Regards. Augustine LEILLE

When we arrived the a/c did not work as well as the phone, had to call for maintenance multiple times. They did fix the a/c and WiFi it wasn’t turned on. Since we had no phone we what to keep going downstairs or flagging down staff to change sheets. Some inconveniences but overall no too bad

There was not even a door on the shower it was half blocked so the water would run all over the bathroom floor. The carpet in the room clearly needed shampooing. Will not be staying here again.

The staff was helpful and very attentive. The cleaning ladies were always available for supplies we needed. The property was clean and well maintained. The room had a few minor maintenance needs. New grout for the shower. Mirror needed tightened. The beds were very comfortable and the temperature of the rooms were great. The fire alarm went off during our stay. That was kinda annoying as we were trying to get ready for our sons wedding. Thank God it was a false alarm. The wedding was better than I thought it was going to be. The employees for this were awesome. Everything was handled in a very professional way. The views from the rooms were beautiful. We felt very safe during our stay. Transportation was easy and efficient.
