We upgraded to the second nicest suite on the top floor. We were shown pictures of the room that were not quite accurate. There was no bathtub and no light up vanity. There were multiple lights out. Missing lightbulbs, light fixtures, dirty shower with green slime. It was like we were lied to. The area is great, I love the animals they have, but yeah not happy.

The room was not clean. The sheets were but some areas were not. For instance, there was candy on the ceiling above one of the beds and under the tv cabinet. There was a Q-tip on the Bathroom floor, the shower was dirty, among other details. One light was out in the bathroom.

Overall a perfect spot esp for someone coming to vegas for the first time. We had the room with the view of the sphere, so it’s been pretty great to watch at night. It’s also so close to all that you can walk most of the time. Our room looks renovated but could use some maintenance (has a cracked toilet) but overall clean. The common areas could use a bit more cleaning, but we just usually pass by it so it doesn’t really bug us much.
