Mobile check in experience was horrible. Waited 2 hours with no response. Then waited in line for 30 minutes and talked to front desk. They have me the room right away. 1 hour later, got the message from autistic system that my room was ready. Parking was a nightmare. They charged me for self parking, but garage was full. Remote parking did not accept room key. Reached property at 7 pm and reached the room at 11 pm.

1. We booked two queens. When we got to the hotel they only had a kind bed with no cots available. They said each night to try and see if we could switch rooms to a queen but each night they said they had no queens available and no cots. 2. There was no service or wifi in our room.

Overall it was nice, and the resort was fun, except the elevators were a disaster. Only about half of them worked, and then you had to swipe your card to press a button but half the time that did not work. Spent literally a total of 3 hours on our trip just dealing with elevators

The lobby was messy and confusing. Machines spat out key cards that didn't work. Had to get new ones issued. The elevators are a NIGHTMARE. You need to touch with your card to close the doors, but it will not beep and fails half the time. The display for the floor number is broken, and most of the for number lights are broken, so sometimes instead of getting to your desired floor, you are bounced up and down without knowing where you are or if you are trapped inside. Door to the room also barely activates with key. Fab room is very bare bones. Literally no free outlet to plug anything in on the nightstand. Had to unplug some lamps from across the room to charge phone. Even unplugged the tv. Crappy minifridge next to the tv was whining all night and had to be unplugged. AC barely works. Good thing it was winter. Turned it on to reduce a spell of humidity. The room temp dropped from 75 to...74! Had it running all night too. Shower is ridiculously low, requiring bending down. Same with toilet dispenser, which literally drags toilet paper on the floor it's so close. And of course, since it's Vegas, even though it's a non smoking room, the whole building and room smells like smoke anyway.

First night had no cold water at all only hot steamy burning water , next day not hot water at all only cold coming out then then had no water pressure water did not come out at all for a while Very inconvenient if had to take a shower and use restroom. Management did not say anything I emailed and was completely ignored. Will definitely not stay there anymore after this experience. And too it off still get changed the resort fee.

Hotel was nice, clean and convenient but customer services and facilities were terrible. Major issue during our stay was parking. We literally had to drive around parking lot for 2 hrs to get spot and still no luck. Tried to reach out to customer service for the same but he was not helpful at all. After all the hustle, a guy showed up on parking lot and let us park on the restricted area. We were tight on schedule and we couldn’t spent much time roaming around Vegas strip due to this.

This room was messy on arrival. Hairs in our bathroom sink, garbage on floor in our bathroom. The hallways smell of animal urine. Lamps on the bed sides both broke and hanging from wall.

The hotel charges extra fees when u get there the phones don’t work no wifi in the rooms customer service is beds ain’t comfortable tv selection is horrible as well only good thing about this hotel it’s on the strip and it’s a decent price but everything else was a no for me

Good location and great price
Great location. First time I’ve stayed at the Flamingo. The check in and out process is pure chaos. There is no reason there should be such long lines to check in and out. Might be time to upgrade your system. The self checkin and out would be great if all the machines were working. There were almost half that were non functioning at check out today. The rate was great and the rooms were clean. The lotion container in our room was empty. I love that there are new restaurants and updates being made at the property. Carlos and Charlie’s had great drink prices and good food. Gordon Ramsay burger was excellent and service was superb! Overall I’d say it was a good stay and would come back again for the price point!
