Usually a good stay, but for some reason on this trip, housekeeping was extremely aggressive...we were woken up THREE times on a morning when there was clearly a do no disturb sign on the door. Then woken up a FOURTH time to ask when they could come back. That is ridiculous!

Hotel housekeeping operator was not friendly. I requested sheets. They said it takes 2- three hours to get them. Also, the in room amenities bottles were horrible. It's really cheap products.

This property lied and deceived me. When I arrived the line was moving slow and so selected to mobile checkin & looked at potential upgrade options. I reviewed several options and checked the $40/night and then went over to desk to get my room key since it wasn’t ready yet. While there I asked if there were any other upgrades.. and we were told that she could give us a 2b/2b suite for $0 more. We were super excited for that & didn’t give it another thought until today when I checked out.. and found they charged me $700/night for the room saying that is what I selected in the app and they couldn’t do anything about it. Now tell me who the heck would book at $90/night room and then upgrade an additional $700/night!!! And tell me why didn’t the front desk confirm this?? I am absolutely appalled and feel like I was intentionally deceived. On top of this, they didn’t even give me credit for my deposit and honestly the manager was so rude this morning at checkout saying I should have known better once I looked at the room!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. But if you do, do not mobile checkin!

It was average, didn't like the resort fees, the buffet was very expensive for average food. The ambience was average. The restaurant joel robuchon was elite. David Copperfield was amazing. Overall the stay was nice. Service was good. Possibly stay again but not sure.
