I booked a Strip view room, expecting the window to face the street, but it’s actually oriented 90 degrees away, allowing me to see only a quiet part of the street. The room lacks a refrigerator and coffee machine, containing only a small locked refrigerator that doesn’t allow for personal beverage storage. It takes a long time for hot water to come out of the sink faucet. On the positive side, check-in and check-out can be done conveniently through the app.

Room was clean but construction noise was terrible & was going during the night! We were not told beforehand & zoom calls for work could not be done in room. We paid to checkin in early for these calls, but had to do in other past of hotel. Not great experience.

We didn't have water one afternoon without any notice. There was constant noise from construction. The wallpaper was torn and one wall in the hallway was crumbled. The furniture in the spa was torn and the jacuzzi didn't work.

Excellent staff saved the day after a 20-minute conversación with Expedia failed even when I thought the change in dates was resolved. I'm going to check my credit card when I get home and may need to cancel some charges from Expedia. Hope it's all good.

The only thing I didn't like was the small hassle at the parking structure. My key card didn't register at the self park exit. I drove and self parked. Got the printed ticket to take with me and when I was checking a rep was keeping the lines down said I can check in on the app. The app offers the ability to pay $20 a day vs. $25 a day (weekend rate) if you are a member (free) for parking. I did that process in line- reached the desk at the same time. Check in guy changed my room so that it was near the elevator which automatically checked me in the next room in line. I was greatful for that. The stay was great and the room was clean. Be prepared there are no fridges. They want you to buy in the restaurants and food courts. So if you are going prices are $20 to $30 a meal with or without drinks in the food court. I didn't eat at a restaurant the two days I was there. I opted for Lucinis slices Togo and Nathan's with some drinks while I was out and about and I had H20 and protein snacks. But you can't sustain that for too long so be prepared to budget your meals in with your hotel stay! I was only here for 2 nights, wanted to get a way and relax before the year ended. I booked my room 3 months in advance on a third party app for a great rate plus resort. Although I used the same credit card for third party and the MGM rewards app for the parking it didn't find my room reservation. I had to push the call button and wait for help. Minor inconvenience leaving.

Resort fees are ridiculous with no real explanation of what they are for and why. Got placed in a room with a view of air-conditioning units, not the strip or anything for that matter. But wait there's more.... After an 8 hour day of shopping and touring Vegas, we came back to our room at MGM and our room door was left open by room service. Not just unlocked, but wide open. When I called the front desk for hotel management i got directed to housekeeping. Just like the front desk housekeeping could've cared less. MGM will not be on our next Vegas list of places to stay.

First Impressions: Check in was awful— literally 10 people behind the counter dressed for pro , but only 3 open at any time(suffering for not doing it yourself) When i finally get my turn the staff had on a mask, English not first language, speaking very fast when ask to clarify she began to yell.
