the water in the room I only take it out of the stand to look at it,and than put it back immediately. I didn't open it. But When I checked out, they charged me 22 dollars for the water. I went to the counter tell what happened. and she say the charge would be removed. But a week later, I found that my credit card bill still had an extra 22 dollars. And I trying so hard just can't find their costumes information to the real person to contact. They are so greedy. I will never go there again.

We enjoyed our stay, until I was pick pocketed in the MGM casino. Hotel was able to see what happened but couldn’t help me. I called the police and they wouldn’t even come to me, I would have to find a ride 15-20 minutes away to report it.

We paid over $500 a night and were placed in an old area of the hotel. I was not impressed at all. The elevators were extremely slow and so rules took several minutes to arrive. The room was fine but fairly small. You had to pay an extra $50 to use a fridge in your room and there wasn’t an ice bucket. If you moved any mini bar items in fridge, you round get charged. Even a budget hotel normally provides a mini fridge for guest use at no charge.

room service don't clean your room daily. I stayed there for 3 nights not once I got my room clean. There was a strong smell of citrates in the room. I called the front desk about the issues and they was not helpful at all. Furthermore, the bathtub drainage pipe was malfunctioning while showering.
