The flower display at the lobby is incredible. The staff very helpful and service amazing. The hotel gave us an upgrade and The view of our room is breathtaking. Pool is relaxing and beautiful. We will definitely come back. Bellagio is definitely #1

It is always a wonderful experience to stay here I know I’m going to have the best service from room service to concierge and overall the whole staff. They are all so kind and helpful it feels like home away from home. Spending time in the room as well as the pool or restaurants in the facility are moments I always think about after leaving. Like a warehouse for tourists. If you like crowds and v lines, this is your place. Also, the buffet used to be great, now it’s got the quality of a cafeteria in a high school. The food has seriously declined. If you love Disneyland, you’ll love it here. If you seek luxury, go elsewhere.

We have traveled to over 40 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels. This is a 3 star facility at best. Waited - standing- for 45 minutes to check in. Front desk was grossly understaffed while 6 gaming tables had staff and no customers. Hallway carpeting is worn and even when new was best suited for a Motel 6. Room carpeting looked like a picture of septic tank overflow. No coffee in room. Watch out for $50.00 “resort fee”. This hotel is not worth the money! Staff is the main redeeming quality of this “5 star hotel”.

Check in queue for 30 mins on arrival. Meals delivered to room were poor quality & over expensive for what they were. Lobster was not fresh, probably farmed & overcooked. Crowds in Bellagio were worse than train Station, mostly non resident, pushing & shoving. Stay here at your peril & your pocket! Cannot recommend, plenty of other Casinos to choose from.

The front desk staff was awesome! All around clean. I went into the Louis Vuitton shop and was followed around from the time I stepped in. I am assuming being black and young makes for not being able to afford to shop there?? Bellagio may want to consider the stores affiliated with their hotel.

This was our first trip to Vegas--for a concert at the Closeum. We were very pleased with our room: size, quality decor, quiet, decent view. The Bellagio is the Bellagio--what you'd expect from a higher end hotel/casino in Las Vegas. Lots of tourists who are not necessarily guests of the hotel walking through all hours of the day (and nIght) taking in the sights. We loved the stained glass jellyfish(?) that hung from a skylight, and the floor's mosaic designs are very impressive. The rest of the lobby is somewhat gaudy, but is probably typical for LV. The Bellagio's pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chaise lounges, pool towels, and plentiful, accommodating wait staff--at $23/drink, they want you to get your fill! In summary, if we were to go back to Vegas, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Bellagio.
