No clear instructions were provided on check-in location This is especially important for a casino in the LV strip. My google maps kept redirecting me to the front of the building where there is no option to stop and enter the hotel lobby. No clear instructions were provided on the closest parking. The email just pointed us to a generic Cesars property parking, and the one we found turned out to be a good distance away. The room had terrible facilities. The bathroom has a sliding door with no locks. The shower is wide open (by design) with the water spilling outside the shower area. Water pressure at the shower was way too high, cant believe this was not checked prior to checkin. And with no shower curtain the water was splashing all over. And the check-in process was extremely chaotic even though the self-checkin kiosk itself was great.

The rooms smelled horribly of smoke, to the point where it made you not even want to be in the room. No one cleaned the room for the entire visit. We had 4 days worth of soaking wet towels from the shower not draining properly and running onto the floor. We were ringing out towels each time we showered to soak up all the water from the floor.

The room was dirty, it had no coffee maker, laundry bag,no water , literature. The front desk wouldn’t print off our tickets for high roller they sent us up to the business center which was closed so the tickets went to waste. Couldn’t even get a free water while gambling. The room and front entrance is in the back alley. It was one of the worst hotel experiences. 3 out of 6 kiosks to check in were out of order so the line to check in and out was out the door. The halls and room smelled horrible.The shower was way to small to not have a door on it so the whole bathroom was wet every time someone showered. Don’t waste your money there are so many better places.

Big room. Decent for the price but lacking
No complaint for the room for the price. But what’s with no bedsheet between the down blanket and body. There was a top sheet on top of the down blanket and nothing under it so therefore it would cover the body and whose ever body it touched before. Saw a hair from previous occupant. Yuck

Parking directions entrance is horrible and hard to find. The bump in parking lot is unnecessary. The security guard such a bad service when asked question in the lobby.

The staff are amazing here. Would I stay again? No. I chose this hotel over another simply because the tv was larger. The bed is very comfortable. My Mountain View room is of a wall and pipes. Meh. I’m not here to look out my window. My safe doesn’t work. Meh. I’m here one night, I’ll carry my valuables. There is no hot water. Problem. Somewhat fixed as I was at a show. Warm enough I can shower. Toilet won’t flush. Problem. Maintenance was sent up immediately to fix it. Again, staff are amazing and friendly. Issues were resolved quickly. I guess I just didn’t expect to have issues. Great for a night or two, but I wouldn’t stay longer. Yes, the tv was amazing and fabulous channels lol
