The online / kiosk check-in saved standing in a very long line, so I certainly recommend that. The food court was located right by the casino = too smoky to eat there. Biggest problem with room was bathroom, with a ridiculous half-door to the shower that funneled water not only out onto the bathroom floor but all the way out to the entry way. Clearly this was a consistent problem because there was obvious water damage to bathroom wall and door. Lucky my elderly mother didn't slip and fall in the puddle of water on the tile floor, or we might own the property now. I strongly encourage them to fix this!

Not the best Vegas stay
Very inconvenient, hard to navigate location. Room was extremely, extremely basic with almost no amenities. No refrigerator, not even a coffee maker. We had to ask for a second bar of soap for the shower. Super stingy with the Wi-Fi, their nonsense $50 “amenity” fee only gives you two devices’ WiFi access. Every additional device is $15. The mattresses are elevated onto wooden platforms which unfortunately don’t fit the mattresses which are smaller, so the platforms stick out. Kept tripping on them and slamming my shin into them. This is my first and last stay at Harrah’s.

There are too many additional fees wo value like resort fee but pool closed, resort fee but only two WiFi connections, early check in fee, fee to keep the same room when I have two reservations.

I dudnt like the fact that our room was so bad smell if cigarettes. The rug has a red stain on it. Only one of roll toilet paper for all of us. Just the bad snell of cigarettes.
