Room has quite a few broken bathroom fixtures. Requested a king bed, got two queens. Used self checkin because it was insane in the lobby so I didn’t know about beds before. The room voucher was printed in a very tiny font so hard to tell which tower we were in. It really is not the same since Covid.

I was charged a lot payed 780 for the room a deposit of $400 and when I checked out didn’t get my deposit because they charge a daily hotel fee and they charged it at the end of your stay that total to my deposit so didn’t get it back never paid that in any other hotel I have stayed

We went for family vacation. We paid yo upgrade the room and stay in the main tower- it was worth it. They have done a lot of updates and upgrades to rooms and family area.

Excellent front desk and customer service. Hotel was definitely updated but the lobby, food court, and Midway were super Smokey and at times unbearable. Food court had some good options but wished The Habit was open during the days we were there. Overall it was a good experience.

Our room floor had a few pistachio seeds on the floor at arrival. Only 2 out of 6 elevators to the sky tower were working making New Years Eve a 1 hour wait for an elevator. So we walked the stairs multiple times from floor 14 down to floor 2. The casino was extremely hot making even wearing a tank top uncomfortable. Not sure we will ever be back. This was my first time stayjng with Circus Circus.
