Our check in was simple and quick. Our room was modern, clean, comfortable and a good size space. The staff was mostly all friendly and willing to help when we had questions. The convenience of being able to check in and out using the kiosks is really convenient. No waiting in long lines. The hotel is still one of our favorites. It has plenty of food options and the America restaurant is perfect with many food options. The donuts not so great.

We checked in on the app and went across the casino to our room to find they gave us the wrong room. It was the smaller room and I paid more for the bigger room. It wasted a good hour of our time to sort it all out and move to another part of the casino. They did give us a food credit in the casino so that was very appreciated. The bathrooms in the casino were some of the worst on the strip. Not sure why they weren’t being cleaned. If you want to go to bed early I don’t recommend, the roller coaster was a little annoying till midnight.

Overall great experience. Visited LV for a week long friends/family trip with multiple rooms booked and Krisnel was patient, understanding, a good listener and absolutely amazing. She took the time to make sure we had the best rooms/location for our groups needs! NY NY was perfect location for Bruno Mars concert, endless food options, clean and safe casino, and lots of options for both adult and kids! Thank You!
