Along with 14 restaurants, this resort has 3 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, a casino, a nightclub, and 11 bars/lounges are onsite.
ARIA Resort & Casino offers 4002 accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with premium digital channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with deep soaking bathtubs, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Additionally, rooms include irons/ironing boards and blackout drapes/curtains. Housekeeping is offered daily and in-room massages can be requested. Money grab with horrible value
Fees and inflated prices everywhere. Overcrowded, lines in all outlets, prices very high. Pool and hot closes early at 4:00. Pay extreme prices at every turn for reduced service and basic quality. Felt like a huge money grab with horrible value.

On arrival our mini bar was not stocked. There was a sign saying if it is not stocked call front desk to let them know. So I spent the first 30 minutes of my arrival on the phone being bounced around to different people, trying to resolve this. Also, the phone was broken and the handset battery wasn't charging. When I finally spoke to someone to confirm I would not be charged for the missing items they said they would send someone up to replenish the fridge and replace the phone - this did not happen. One morning I was at the gym and went to refill my water bottle but the water filter was not working. I contacted concierge who said they would send someone up. I continued working out and waited an hour - no-one came. I asked conceirge to please send some mini water bottle sup to myself and other people using the equiptment - they said no.

The property was clean and fresh smelling with whatever fragrance they have throughout the property. I like the fact that all of the guest elevators are all on one side and you didn't have to walk from one side of the hotel to get to another guest area and they had security checks. I didn't eat at any of the restaurants only did room service twice and everything was fresh. The refrigerator in the room are stocked with liquor and sodas, chips, candy bars. Once you remove one you get charged. If you need one while staying ask the front desk for one to put meds in. Otherwise don't put anything in the fridge. The carpets look out dated or need shampooing. There's a Tram you can catch from the mall which is easily accessible from the hotel. Saves time from walking down the strip if you don't want to. The beds are very comfortable.
