This couldn't have been a worse experience - we were reassigned a room but then they didn't change it in their system so they kept canceling our keys, telling us we were in a room that we weren't in and on and on and on. We probably spent 3 hours continuously trying to fix the issue they created.

Nice convenient location most places in surrounding area is walkable. The only thing I wish they could improve is having more vegan options. I really wanted to eat at the hotel but I had to leave and go to other locations instead. Overall still a great stay

Crazy expensive with resort fee that really is only for wifi. Coffee pots should be in the rooms. We put alot in the slots and things seem very old and dirty. Mirrors,dust everywhere. Windows so spotty it interfered with looking out. Lamp shades broke...

Our room was dirty when we checked in, and after notifying housekeeping, no one came to clean it. The next day, they skipped cleaning our room. The front desk was not helpful getting any of this resolved.

Every checkin kiosk was broken. Only two human staff were available to check guests in manually-- and they were rude and overworked. I stood in line for 45 minutes waiting to check in. Trash was on the floor in my room.

$50 resort fee is insane for the quality of the facilities covered. Wireless internet is a mess. It is low speed in the rooms and the resort fee only covers 2 devices per day in each room. That isn't two concurrent used devices, that is 2 devices ever connected to the internet in that 24 hr period. You can't disconnect a device and the system asks you for another $15 per day per device. We spent over 2 hrs with IT and the front desk on the phone over 3 days trying to straighten out the mess the internet was. I've stayed at 2 star hotels with easier and better wifi.
