The property was fine. Nothing spectacular. We got a "refurbished" room and it was fine. Not super clean (food in the chair and couch cushions, crumbs on the floor), but the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom were clean. The dishwasher had a broken rack that had rusted, but it's nice technically being on the strip and having a full kitchen! The walls are thin, the folks next to us were up talking til probably 3am and pretty much the whole conversation was audible, so if you have a problem with noise then this may not be your place. The gym was great, they have a market downstairs with a grill and Starbucks, so that's super convenient. Overall, for the price we'd probably stay here again, but it's not near the top of our list of favorite places on the strip.

Excellent parking, the front desk staff upon check in and check out were professional, excellent service, clean room, the only thing I didn’t like was the service at market place,, the female staff working at the marketplace, was rude, early morning,0700 am, the female staff had expressionless face, with rude comments of customers not being able to understand right away about rules of when breakfast is available, and very condescending, 2 days in a row, this woman seems very unhappy helping customers, My suggestion,, this staff at the marketplace needs to work at the back office so she doesn’t have to face customers and guests,it kinda ruin my vacation, talking to your staff members with condescending attitude,,,

Nice place, but off the beaten path.
Location is a bit “out of the way” but walkable. At the north end of the strip, so about 4km one way to get to the main hub (Caesar’s Palace etc). Not a great walk either as there are lots of vacant lots along the way. Check-in was smooth but remember you will be charged $30USD/night “Resort fee” up front on arrival on top of what you paid through the booking app. So factor that in when comparing rates. Also at check-in you will be pulled aside by time-share salespersons who consume 5-10 minutes before you can get away unless you want to be rude or short with them. Amenities are limited, at least in the colder weather, so the $30 USD extra “Resort fee” basically gets you 2 bottles of water /day at the shop on the lower level and cable tv. Room (one bedroom suite) was very nice and had a washer and dryer which we had not expected. Room service was spotty I.e. they cleaned the room two out of three days. Weird system where you are supposed to reply “yes” to a daily text asking if you want your room cleaned the next day. Overall we were happy there but would stay closer to the center of the strip next visit.
