The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the condition and amenities of the room(s) at a reasonable price. We were texted every day asking us if we would like the room serviced but for 3 out of the 6 nights we stayed, the room was not made up and on two of those days we had to ask for items to be brought up in the evening. A great deal of emphasis is placed on convincing you to buy a membership.

I loved the option of not staying in a casino/hotel on the strip. The staff were attentive, our suite was very clean, and the view was fantastic. When I come back to Vegas, I'm coming back only here.

This was a huge disappointment. This hotel offers a great pool and that’s about it. Being hounded by sales people to purchase a “timeshare”. I addressed uncleanliness to several staff, including one salesperson who basically backed us into a corner about purchasing “points” for timeshare. We gave all concerns to him which he said he’d give to manager. When we didn’t buy the scam package, he completely blew us off and no one addressed our concerns. On arrival, old food left in disposal. some sort of sticky white liquid on floor, and after two days someone finally fixed the hot water in our room. And after four days I noticed I was sleeping on a moldy pillow. Have pictures of it too, and my face that now has some sort of rash. So, this place was a huge disappointment to say the least. I never would have paid extra at front desk to upgrade to a disgusting “newly renovated” room. Probably need to buy new furniture as broken exposed wood also cut my husband. When I said this to the person at check out he said “ok so checking out?” No apology or anything. Thanks Hilton and Expedia. Never again.

Great Property off the Beaten Path
This is a beautiful property with big comfy rooms. We had a problem with what was supposed to be a view, but they corrected that. The location is across from Fountain Bleu near the Sphere. You can catch the Deuce, or go to the Sahara and get the monorail to get around. It was worth being out of the hustle and bustle. Good job guys!

For a property to have a grand circular foyer I discovered that it was used for the hotel guests to stand and wait for 45 minutes to be checked into your room. When I initially entered the hotel and asked the hostess where I should go to check in, she asked if I was a premier hilton member and when I replied "no" then you have to go wait in the long line. Our stay at the Hilton Grand started off terrible after a long drive coming to Las Vegas.

Comfortable and quiet
Staff were very friendly and good at communication. I liked the text feature. Whenever we needed anything we got it right away. The pool was really nice and the market was so convenient! Also, the rooms were quiet and I didn’t even need my sound machine. Definitely would stay here again!

We took public transportation to go to the river walk. The staff should know about the bus stop location. I figured it out.

Everything was fine. The from was amazing but they have to vacuum the room better. I keep seeing and finding hair that was not mine throughout the room.

Every staff member with whom I interacted was very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels modern and is clean and bright. I was impressed with the pool area and the food and drinks provided in that area. It was very easy to contact the concierge via text if I needed anything at all.

The property is beautiful. The room was very clean and the bed/pillows were really comfortable. The little market was great when you are over eating every meal out. The pool was great, disappointed it closed at 7pm when the website stated 10pm. The check in line was insanely long, by the time we checked in we had about 30 min to enjoy the pool. Earlier check in and more staff to check guests in would have been much more helpful. Did not appreciate the bombardment of staff after trying to get me to buy a timeshare after waiting almost 45 min to check in. Other than that, I would go back for the quality of room and pool.

I like that the hotel wasn't right in the middle of the strip and you didn't have to go through a smokey casino to get to your room. Rates were high due to a raider's game but it was much less than the other casinos. It was still within walkable distance to the Wynn where we dined and to the circus circus for the kid's, as well as the strat! The pool is nice too. The staff is great. The only thing that would make it better in my opinion is the dining options. The coffee and creamer in the room was terrible but I guess that's how it is every where. So make sure and bring your own coffee and creamer. The kitchen was great because since we have kids we brought food, snacks and drinks. They make starbucks coffee in the market but do not have a full Starbucks food menu which would have been nice. The drinks at the lobby bar were delish. We will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel was very pretty, nice & clean. Staff was very courteous. I was not impressed with the idea of being pushed into a advertising meet immediately upon checking in. People are arriving and after the long trip, the first we want to do is get settled to relax, not pushed into a meet regarding vacation stay packages.
