The property itself is gorgeous. My room however was not what I had paid for. I specifically picked the room at the cosmopolitan because it said I would have a private soaking tub, a bathtub and shower, robes and slippers, etc. The room I received had ZERO of those things. I would have not chosen to stay there if I would have known it was false advertisement. I did not complain due to the fact it was New Years Eve and then being insanely busy. I will not pay to stay at The Cosmopolitan again.

Beautiful property with incredible rooms
Wow….We love staying at the Palazzo when possible but this time, I decided to try Cosmo because I’ve heard good things about it. It did NOT disappoint. The room was incredible, the staff was so friendly, and the hotel lobby and inside was gorgeous. I am super impressed with the Cosmo and will have to start considering staying here more often. Location is great and so close to many great restaurants and shows. Comso is awesome!

Terrible Stay
My last stay was for Business & I’ve stayed with Cosmo before. This time It took 25 minutes to check in, to be told I needed to wait until 3pm. I then go up to the spa & pay for a service yet receive a text & immediately have to head back to the front desk & wait 15 minutes to get a key. The hallway lights were broken, the room light was broken & it took 45 Minutes to receive my bags from the bell desk. Overall it was a terrible experience & a waste of money. I feel a little scammed but the lack of professionalism.
