The place is nice just minor issues
The express check out could not read my id so i had to go to the desk. The desk said i did not want house keeping but i never said that and said that i used a kiosk and i did not because it wouldnt read my id. The bell boy asked for money. The ac unit froze up on our second night and maintenance took over 5 hours to fix it. The hotel colors need to be updated and the housekeeping staff are very nice and excellenet. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable even though the mattress kept sliding off the platform.

The location to the Linq was in the middle which is nice and convenient for most things.but if you wanted to venture off to either direction, it was definitely a long walk both ways. We prepared for that, and just stayed within a distance that we weren’t walking a crazy amount to go back to our hotel. For our experience, check in is usually at 3:30 pm and when we arrived at 7:15pm the room was still not ready which was odd and not what I was expecting. Once the room was ready I was able to get checked in and get my room keys, once I was trying to get myself settled in my room I realized that I didn’t have a tv remote and figured I would talk to someone the next day, no big deal. I was about to get ready for bed by taking a shower to soon realize that I didn’t have any body wash also in my room… mentally adding that to the list to ask for tomorrow. Once I was in bed, there was this loud noise coming from the outside, and it was coming from a little stage right next door to the linq, it’s very loud and I had to make sure that the A/C unit was going to be working the whole night to be able to sleep through the loud bass. I’m usually not the complainer about hotels, I’ve been to very good ones and not very good hotels, so I wasn’t expecting a lot when I booked my trip to Vegas (for the first time), but all I could say was if there is any different (more affordable options) I would go to a different hotel next time.. if I ever go again. Make sure you read the reviews before u book
