The hotel is amazing from walking in and maintained cleaned through out the hallways/ lobby/ gambling/ restrooms. The bedroom we expected better. The mini fridge had an open apple sauce container most likely from the previous person that stayed in that room. The restroom we found hair left on the shower wall.

I had a very pleasurable stay, rooms are very clean. Everything is inside the hotel, I don't need to go out in the cold weather and I enjoyed the stay. The staff at the express check in is not helpful, not friendly and arrogant.

The pillows are terrible. I don’t understand the long king size/queen size pillows but at least have 2 firm and 2 soft, not all 4 soft pillows. Because of sleeping on these fore multiple nights my neck is very messed up and super painful. Also, the WI-FI is terrible. Cannot get any work done. Because of these 2 reasons I would not stay again.

Parking lot is way too far from front desk. They should put the check in machine by the garage. Towels had stains on them. I wouldn’t recommend or stay at this hotel again due to cleanliness and parking lot too far and there’s no guide to show you where each restaurant is inside. My internet wasn’t working even after I paid for it so I couldn’t use google maps.

I felt that the stocked mini fridge was a bit of a scam. I was well aware if I used any items I would need to pay for them, but I was unaware if I picked an item up, I would be immediately charged. There is no signage or notes anywhere stating that if you pick the items up from the mini fridge will be automatically charged due to whatever weighted system they are using. If my credit card was an automatically set up as a notification, I would’ve never realized I was charged for three different drinks that I did not in fact use. I picked them up and read the bottle. That is crooked!!!
