We stayed at Nobu @ Caesars Palace. They didn’t offer upgrades when we arrived for check in. We asked for the room to be cleaned daily, they only cleaned it once. We were there 3 nights and I wish they would have cleaned the room daily. I will definitely rethink staying here again.

My door to my room was broken. I lost access to my room and waited 4 hrs outside of the door to be let in. I slept outside my room for 3 of those hrs. When I tried to check out I was once again locked out of my room. The handle was never fixed. I almost missed my flight. Long story short this place has the worst customer service. Stay anywhere but here.

Friendly staff, always something to do. I stayed at the Colosseum tower floor 69 and was really quiet, room was nice and clean. Was there for a concert at Colosseum, was a really nice experience to have everything within walking distance.

Hotel is nice unfortunately some stuff that needs attention is carpet is clean but bumps on hallway floor and rooms lights switch broke that needs attention WiFi needs to be requested even though you paid for the resort fee

We enjoyed our stay at Caesars and it certianly is a beautiful hotel, albeit extremely expensive on the 'extras'. Whilst the pool areas are nice, and the free beds are fine, if you need a shaded option without having to move your bed, you will be charged a small fortune. Ie, I went to rent a canopy at the price stated online (125 dollors) and was told it would actually be 250 dollors. No idea why they doubled the price but needless to say I left it and just stayed on the free beds. We couldn't stand more than 4 hours in the heat. Bar prices: pepsi was 12 dollors. Two girls next to me said they paid nearly 100 dollors for two cocktails!! There is water available free from a spout near the bar so I suppose that's something. Overall, whilst it's a nice hotel, i'm not so sure I would pay the price again.

Room wasn't ready by 4 pm. When sign up to get email notification on the check in availability, the email was never received. After checked in, I discovered few pieces of clothes inside the night table drawer from the last guest. I had to notify room service to get it out of the room. Some basic items such as hair dyer was missing and it took time for the hotel to send it to the room. Bathroom Floor wasn't mapped properly and shoe prints were very visible on the marble floor. When attempted to use jacuzzi - the jets produces lots of dark particles and it further confirmed that this room wasn't properly sanitized. Caesars Palace is a big name, but I think the service and cleaniness standard is not the same as its name.

I been staying in this hotel for over 20 years and use to be our favorite hotel visiting about 3 times a year. This visit the property is run down, staff are horrible specially from desk, no umbrellas or trees in pool area with 110 degrees weather etc.
