We were under the impression that this would be a luxurious property. We were all so excited to finally experience Caesar’s Palace, but upon arrival, we found the first flaw. The walk from the self parking area to the front lobby, and up to the rooms was hell. It was as if I was navigating the maze! After the whole tedious checkin process, we then headed up our room to be met with yet another disappointment. We have always admired the architecture of Caesars Palace, but when we saw the room, its as though the architectures and the vision for the property were lost. The hotel rooms did not reflect the theme of the property at all! The room was spacious, I’ll give it that, but it lacked proper lighting and decorations. It was not on theme at all and it was the one thing I was excited for. Later throughout our trip, we had to come down to the front desk on multiple occasions because there were so many random charges on our credit card. Each time we came to the front desk, it was like they were trying to rush and get us out of the way instead of trying to solve our problem. It was extremely frustrating. Additionally, we had parked on the 6th floor, but when we were trying to exit the parking structure, there were no signs in site. We had gotten lost on the 5th floor for over half an hour trying to find the exit from the 5th floor to the lowest level. There needs to be more signs and directions! Overall a disappointing visit. I feel like my stay at Harrah’s was 100x better.

The person that checked us in was less than personable. He also happened to be the person that checked us out with the same lack of being personable. I will also add that we stayed at Fountainbleu a few days prior and were able to check in a few hours early without being charged an additional fee. I plan to stay there in the future as the service and staff were much more personable.

Starting at check in I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my room which I declined. I was then informed that the king bed room I prepaid for was unavailable but that they would give me a free upgrade if I would be okay with 2 queen beds instead. I said this was fine only to go up to my room and find that I didn’t get an upgrade. The room I booked was the better though the front desk disagreed solely bc this tower was renevated. I went to the front desk and spoke with Antonio who was very kind and told me it wasn’t that my room was unavailable it was just not ready when I checked it. After going back and forth he told me to go get my bags and come back, ask for him, and he would give me a real upgrade. I did so only to wait for 45 mins for him to come back to me. I was patient at first when I saw he was with another customer but when he left to the back and never came back I was more than frustrated. Eventually I asked again for him and told them I was waiting for that long and his manager Chelsea came out. I expressed my concerns and she actually gave me a real room upgrade, $200 food and drink credits and Antonio came back and said he would send “a gift” up to the room in the morning for the problems. That gift never came. when I checked out I was informed that the food and drink credit I was given wasn’t documented in my acct. I was told when Antonio came back in later that day he would fix it and I would get a call. 5 days later, I’ve called many times with no resolve.

Long line to check in. It took more than 30 minutes. It was very difficult to go down to lobby from self parking floor as there is only elevators. Towels were dirty.

Location was very convenient and the room was huge. However, the room is very dated and housekeeping standard is subpar for an upscale property.
