Excellent experience at Caesars.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is HUGE and required alot of walking to get from room to the main lobby and casino. I would highly recommend it when looking to stay in Las Vegas. It's priced really well.

This property is a house of cards. It looks pretty but when you pull the curtain back. The old room furniture tired linens bath tub panel partially glued with gaps the bathroom vanity so beat up it belongs in a motel 6. Leaky windows where both air and noise leach in mini bar so old the door doesn’t close so everything is hot including the dresser itself. For the amount of money per night you should not go here. It’s a great location also they catered to pot smoking in the rooms. I complained about the smell coming from a neighboring room. Instead of sending security up to make them stop. They brought an electric air freshener that smelled like a public bathroom at a 7 11 gas station. I spoke to the manager on duty the next day. She said they were only supposed do use that on vacant rooms after someone has smoked in it to get rid of the smell for the next guest. I gave this place a better rating than I should have.

We booked Caesar's for our wedding week and it was phenomenal. The rooms, the view, the Buffet, everything was perfect. We had a system glitch with a room charge, but Caesars made every effort to correct this for us immediately. We dealt exclusively with the wonderful Manager Rafael Burgos and he took care of us entirely. He truly went above and beyond to help make our wedding weekend special and we can't say enough about how helpful he was.
