20 days later and I still haven't received my $200 deposit back from our trip that was supposed to take "up to 7 days"! I've called the hotel 3 times now, once to be told it could take up to 10 or 12 days, another to wait on hold for 20 minutes so the operator could link me to a recording that told me to file my complaint online, and another to be told it's probably my bank even though she couldn't even find record of my card being used let alone proof they sent it back to my bank! Had to pay another $120 in parking during our stay that wasn't included in our $1100 fees for our room. There was candy on our floor in our room when we checked in so it obviously hasn't even been vacuumed and the ceilings in our room and throughout the hallways were absolutely disgusting. So filthy you could see where people had reached up and knocked all the dirt off with their fingers. I won't ever stay here again and would strongly recommend no one else does either. There's far better places to stay in Vegas, especially for the amount of money we spent!

I requested housekeeping on a daily basis and no one came, evwn though I called daily. I was there for 5 days and they only came once. The rooms were dusty.
