The place was great! Not a lot of people seemed to be there at the same time as us. The beds and pillows were too hard for me and my husband so we barely slept, on top of the people upstairs from us were making noise at 7:30 in the morning. We did not get a chance to grab any of the continental breakfast, but it smelt really good! It was a cute spot if you need to just stay the night!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. This is a budget-friendly hotel in a lovely little town. There are a few dining options, including fast food and sit down restaurants, as well as a few grocery stores close by. I was very glad to see that they have added some breakfast options from previous reviews, particularly the omelettes, so that there was some choice of protein. The only downside was that they ran out of omelettes by 9 am on a Saturday morning when breakfast goes until 10 am. The only suggestion I have is to have a staff member on call when the hotel is full to refill food options as needed. We were hiking our way through Letchworth State Park and this was a short 20 min. drive from there. We enjoyed our stay.

A nice hotel, just need better service
The hotel appears to be new and in very good condition - clean. We stayed 4 nights and could not get proper maid service, even though we asked Sunday afternoon (we checked in Friday night). They did provide fresh towels and an extra blanket. But we had to empty our own trash (we weren't the only ones, we saw people leaving paper bags full of trash outside of their doors). We saw maid carts in the hall, maybe they just clean when people check out? Not sure. Their is a free breakfast but selection is limited. The heater/air conditioner in our room appears to have broken after the first night - the room was very stuffy - we did not report this. Daytime staff at the front desk were helpful. Not sure whats going on with housekeeping
