The whole key system was down and the only way to get into the room was to literally break into it or we would not have had a room to be in. This is no fault of the staff that was there but they were trying to contact management and couldn’t get through. We had no access to be able to leave the room and come back. The door in the bathroom was falling apart. All of the baseboards were filthy and so were the windows. It literally looks as if the only thing cleaned in these rooms is a vacuum and sheets replaced.

We love this place. We come here every year for our anniversary and sometimes just a get away also. Only reason for the 4 rating is every time we come there is less and less on breakfast bar. No oatmeal anymore, no bagels or E muffins just bread. No danish or muffins. But a clean comfy place near the falls and cassino.

The bathtub was dirty. Cleaning service did not come in to clear garbage on the first day. If we did ask for something, staff was supportive and friendly.

Nice hotel
Nice room, pretty clean. There was no soap to wash your hands. Used body wash from the shower. Breakfast is good but if you don’t eat pork you are out of luck in the meat department.
