Staff members were so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was actually pretty bad. Cold, watery eggs and odd tasting bacon. Thankfully, they offered bagels for toasting…but paying $11 for a bagel and coffee is steep. Parking is DREADFUL! It’s offsite in a sketchy, rundown, dimly lit public parking garage. Felt exceedingly unsafe at night. It’s a 2.5 star hotel. If I had it to do again, I’d have stayed at the Marriott.

Nice hotel, nice bar area. The breakfast was not worth $11 bucks a person, eggs were cold, bacon cold, not a big selection of food. Could have gone to a local restaurant and got a better breakfast.

I love the views and convenience of this hotel being in the middle of the falls views. However, there was no parking ! I had to park in the ramp for an additional 10.00 per day! The ramp was not well lit and felt unsafe. Also, breakfast was not included! It cose 11.99 to eat breakfast each day! Than the holding charge was 70.00. My television was blue colors and not typical colors. When I complained to the front desk, I was informed it was a hotel tv issue and most them looked like that and couldn't move anywhere else. The Expedia price and the actual price was over 100.00 more than what is advertise. The hotel has potential but the over chargers are ridiculous!

Bills Game / Falls weekend

This hotel was in a great location right across from the falls. Easy walk over to the park and restaurants/ shops. We had a great stay and will be back. Its about a 30 minute drive to the Bills game.

Hotel was very nice. Did not like that there were no parking at premise, you had to park across the street in a parking garage. It was free, just not convenient. Breakfast was listed as included on Expedia, however we found it actually cost $11.00 a person the next morning when we went down for breakfast. Breakfast was good, had a nice variety. Our room was very nice, clean. The bed was on the firmer side, which I did not like. My husband thought it was fine. Our shower was the best part. Walk in, very spacious. Super hot water which was wonderful after walking all day. Staff were super nice, very friendly. And very accommodating. We did not use the pool or work out facilities.
