For the price, the room is fair and reasonable, and the location is decent. However, there are a few issues.Noisy in the middle of the night, making it hard to sleep. I also found the hair dryer quite dirty. Additionally, I had a strange experience where I left my luggage leaning against the door when i sleep and at 3:30 in the morning, I found my luggage lying on the floor. I’m not sure how it happened, but it’s never happened to me before.

This is NOT a vacation destination property and should not be listed by Expedia as if it were. Expedia should remove it from its website. The picture above and on the website makes it look like there is a lobby that might suitable for guests to relax in, but there is not.

I entered the room and there was a sound like knocking on wood. I thought maybe it was construction work, but after that night there was also a sound 24 hours every 10 minutes, I was uncomfortable sleeping, I woke up at 4 am and couldn't sleep anymore because of the sound, I called the front desk but they couldn't fix the problem.

It is definitely not a luxury hotel in any way, but for the price compared to other options around the city it was totally fine, and it's 45 min metro to Times Square a short walk away. Lots of food options around also.

I did not know this hotel was part refuge and part hotel. Seeing the army at the lobby made me feel safe but then again worried. Thankfully it was only for a few hours because I don’t think I could’ve stayed more than a few hours. The room was clean. Bed super comfy. But I still felt a bit weird in there. Description should state what the hotel is and the pictures should be updated. I wouldn’t stay here again but not a terrible choice for a quick few hour stay for others.

Room was dirty. Custom service was bad. My room did not have a refrigerator or a phone to call front desk. Receptionist was sleeping. The air conditioner was not working well and the room just gave bad energy.
