We made a last-minute reservation here after a canceled flight. The airport shuttle was free and easy to access. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as we were not at all prepared for our stay. The guest room was beautiful and had a gigantic TV and a comfortable king bed. Everything including restroom/shower were immaculately clean. The restaurant and bar were great. Pay in advance for the breakfast via your Expedia reservation, for good savings.There is a small business center with complimentary computer access (20-minute limit at this time). To be honest we were a little anxious about what to expect in the LaGuardia area, but it was all good.

I loved the service I received. I called for extra blankets and they were promptly delivered. The blankets were warm and smelled clean. The room was immaculate and slept very well The surrounding area is something the hotel cannot control since it is East Elmhurst but the Marriott is the beacon of excellence! Highly recommended!

Staff was very nice and room was clean. We did not have cool AC though due to the chiller being off because of the cold weather I’m assuming, but luckily we had a window we were able to open to let in cold air. The airport shuttle runs all day which was very helpful for having to be at the airport at 5 am. The commute to the city was not bad, it ranged from 38-43 mins depending on the time of day, but simple to figure out starting with a link bus from the airport which is only a 8/10 min walk from the hotel and then only 1-2 trains to get to the city.

They should have a sofa in the room. We were three and there was no place to sit for other person. The chair and the bench provided was not comfortable at all.
