No lighting in elevator. Smoke free rooms reaked of smoke. Flying and crawling bugs. Did not stay night checked out immediately- when I mentioned the bugs she asked me if I took a picture of them as proof. Would not refund my money. Said no issue with room. Also heard others having problem getting their deposit back.

I needed a room to crash after my flight home was cancelled. The king bed was two different style twins pushed together, neither of them was especially comfortable. There was a lot of wall damage I was worried I'd be blamed for, but fortunately I wasn't. The shower had all of the shelves ripped out, so no where to put anything down, and they only had a dispenser of some mysterious pink soap. I needed to take a quick body shower, and the shower turned off while I was still covered in soap. I checked the sink and that was also cut off. It didn't turn back on for a while, and seemed to be set to a timer of water allotment. The comforter was old, thin, and stained, but the sheets were clean.

Transportation is convenient, the metro (#7) is a few minutes away. Hotel is centrally located on Main St, so restaurants are within walking distance in Flushing. Hotel room had a musty smell, bed spread needs to be cleaned more often as ours felt not clean, and no hand towel. A few miles away from LaGuardia Airport, it’s convenient to get to LGA via Uber or metro bus! So it’s a no frills basic option, but for conveniences (and price), I would use again!

The Asian lady who work in the reception center is very very rude and she thinks that the people who stays there and pays from her.. she doesn’t know the basic things about the conversation what needs to talk to the guset!! Horrible lady!!!

The hotel was very dirty no wi-fi,like they the mention , the tv was keyed with pad-lock and only 1 plugs or outlets was working. They changed me a $100.00 dollar deposit… which the never refund back . It’s was terrible. I will never go back.

No frills hotel
It was an no extra stay. No ice or refrigerator. The only microwave was in the lobby. The only outlet to charge our devices was in the bathroom. For the most part housekeeping kept the rooms clean. Our last day the room wasn’t cleaned at all.
