Shuttle drivers and front desk staff are top notch. Stephanie and Alex addressed any issues I had quickly and courteously. One note, if you use valet parking one day and do not need it the next night, alert the front desk so that they do not continue to charge you for valet parking! On street parking is first-come first-served and you have to know the rules.

Stay overall was good. I was flying in from DC and I was pretty tired, customer service was great, but when I got to the room it was double beds when I requested a king size bed, so it was a little inconvenient and uncomfortable for my boyfriend and I. I was too tired to go downstairs and have them change my room, but I feel the front desk should have told me.
