Property is a dump. Do not rely on pics. Dirty and run down. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, ceiling paint in bathroom was falling on floor. Bed was hard. Room a/c worked but held together with masking tape! Residential street next to room was extremely busy, noisy and used as a drag strip all night. Do not stay at this hotel.

AC didn’t work, asked to change room with no sucess.for a refund they said I need to talk to Expedia.had to sleep with the windows open in NYC.not able to sleep cause of the noise

bugs in bathroom,tv and air didnt work and asked for reduced rate and employee wouldnt even try to help...he gave bug spray.....thanks for the spray

The hotel is very dirty and the staff are rude. I put a piece of furniture behind the door at night because I was afraid of the environment. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to leave the windows open to alleviate the smell. There weren't enough towels and when I asked the staff, he didn't give me the amount I needed. I don't recommend it.

Disgusting Hotel

Without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We did an overnight for a very early flight out of LGA. It would be more sanitary to sleep on the floor at the airport than stay in this room or hotel ever again. You really should consider not listing them as an option for your site. See photos attached. I mean look at the graphite on the furniture, and the condition of the lampshades. We were terrified to leave our suitcases on the floor.
