The Shuttle made this hotel accessible to the airport. The bar was open late with food available which was perfect for our evening arrival. Our room was very comfortable with nice bedding. The restaurant was open early for breakfast that was convenient for us. Overall staying at this Airport hotel was a seamless stop in our travels!

This hotel was impeccable. Stayed here for an evening prior to an early flight the next day. The food was delicious, staff were professional and kind, and the room was so comfortable. A newer hotel- beautiful. Shuttle transportation was convenient and timely. While a little pricey, I found this to be worth it.

Fantastic hotel near JFK
Stayed here for work. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable . I often pick hotels by the gym. This was the BEST hotel gym ever been to. Shuttle service to and from JFK is fantastic. Worked there and needed shuttle after hours. App they use is excellent. Highly recommend. Told company exec to use this hotel for all future visits. A+ all the way around.

When checking in, the person did not share amenities, discuss check in/check out and placed us in a room all the way on the end near the stairs and fire station. We had luggage from our Paris trip so it was hard to roll on the carpet. The other attendant asked the person they were checking in their preference; we did not get the same treatment and it was our 20th wedding anniversary.
