The room needs a serious face-lift. Paint was peeling off of the ceiling. very spacious bathroom, however!

I was disappointed at the service on check in/check out. Minimal conversation and poor customer service from the individual checking us in and out. Very disappointed when booking a double room to be given a small double bed. Staff should explain better where to locate your room. I would like to see a more personable, friendly and welcoming experience, with more transparency and clarity on what you are being provided.

I travelled alone. My room in the guest house was tiny but very cozy and extremely clean. I paid just 5 pounds for my breakfast and it was good. The location is excellent, close to attractions. Also there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars near the hotel.

I contacted Expedia days before the actual day of my stay to say I could not stay. I asked for a refund or a change of date. I got neither. Would put me off using Expedia and I will NEVER use that hotel.

Excellent stay in Glasgow's West End. Excellent buffet breakfast and the best vegeterian dinner we ever had. Walkable to major galleries and museums, adja ent to park and many other restaurants.

Stayed many times both hotel and house,room on this visit small,unable to turn heating down due too control being loose ? Not checked by staff ? Restaurant staff not letting us sit in area saying he was closing off ! Few minutes later more people being allowed to sit there ? Room 7 ArgyleHouse.

Okay

Check in service was pretty poor, guy was listening to music and not really paying us any attention. Didn’t explain where to go or how breakfast worked or anything. Not very welcoming. The housekeeping staff were friendly though.
