Multi story carpark within a 12 minute walk - slight discount for hotel stayers, very friendly staff, comfortable beds(!!) ! The only suggestion I may pop across, is to sound proof the room windows on the ‘ground floor’ (floor under the reception floor) I think they may be single glazed?

Stay was fine. Only downside was when we opened the curtains the view was of a carpark. Wasn’t a big deal because it was overnight stay but wouldn’t want to be in that room in the summer.

Hotel is ideally placed for the Playhouse Theatre and close to lots of other attractions. Must mention the front of house staff who were all so helpful and friendly.

This holiday is just a 12 minute walk from the Waverley station and it’s right in the city centre. Access to most of the shopping areas and the Christmas market was short and easy, within 15 mins walking distance. The hotel itself was very crowded and a bit cramped. Breakfast area was crowded but well stocked although the food was just alright. Hotel was clean. One house keeping staff knocked on our door twice and I am not sure what she wanted. It was way before our check out time. This was a bit annoying but otherwise the stay was good.

The location of the hotel is great. It is within walking distance to city centre and main attractions. From the airport it is accessible by tram which stops just opposite the hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a good selections to start the day. Will definitely book this again in the future.
