Great location but very expensive. The room was nice, but not well lit. We had a double and a twin but would have preferred king. Breakfast included was very good.

Check in was easy and efficient. Didn’t need to present credit card. Free Prosecco and nice staff. Free breakfast with room was unexpected and very nice. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Construction next door not a big deal but a bit of noise for a short time. I’m sure it’s temporary. Would stay here again.

The staff is excellent. The restaurant is good. Hotel is centrally located and made an excellent base for visiting. Our only complaint is our room smelled. We did not ask for a different room but I would not accept such a smelly room again.

The maids are not detail oriented, each day minor things were skipped, new things every day. There is loud construction outside the window. Per older reviews this have been going on for months. All in all its fine, but nothing impressive for a high end hotel
