This was our second stay here, and we’d go back again. The rooms are fairly spacious and have all the basic amenities you’d need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Great central location to see a lot of beautiful Edinburgh sights, and walking distance to Waverley station too!

This hotel is super convenient from the tramstation and very easy access to the Royal Mile. It was easy to access all of the tourist spots with no problem. Many food and pub options in the area as well. Mornings were a bit on the noisy side with staff cleaning and turning rooms over. I had a great stay and recommend.

I love staying at Motel Ones! This was my second time at one and they are always so clean and nice. I love the bar; they have a great gin selection. The rooms are small but they use the space well and they’re very clean and modern. This was very conveniently located as well - close to the train station, Princes Street Gardens, and the castle/royal mile.
