I was only staying for one night and received a complimentary upgrade which was a great start. Room was clean, warm, quiet and spacious. Big tv, great powerful shower and comfortable bed. My only small negative was there wasn’t a kettle which was unusual for a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again though.

Central, comfy, friendly

Terrible, no windows very small room. Very uncomfortable if you’re not a couple as there’s no separate bathroom it’s just 1 room and when you step out of the shower the other person can see you. Unless they go outside to wait. There was no air

From start to finish the staff were excellent. I arrived early and as agreed they took my case for safe keeping until check in. The room was warm and clean. The only thing missing was a kettle, but apart from that, no complaints.

Terrible stay

We were put in an accessible room, maybe due to the hotel being busy but the room is designed for a wheelchair so everything was low down. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever lay on. I didn’t sleep at all, I won’t stay again based on that.
