Quite a cool property. The bed is motorized and tilts upwards. The bathroom is not really a bathroom but a toilet pod and a shower pod - not a problem if you are aware of it. Note that this location is not parking friendly or even drop off friendly since there's nowhere to stop in front of the property except the street itself or drive up the sidewalk. Overall a comfortable stay.

The ambience of the hotel was good. However, there was no kettle, no plug to charge your phone on one side of the bed and no towel hook in the bathroom either. Not very practical. The reception wasn’t particularly friendly either.

We usually stay at this hotel as the service and cleanliness is incredible , however on this occasion it was the opposite , myself and my partner have had a very challenging year and she also recently had surgery which I stated to the reception staff and asked for a more accessible room , only to then be moved a further two floors higher to the same size of room , when we were in the room I called reception to day their was some sort of banging coming from either above the room or the air conditioning units . Again nothing was done , we ended up having a terrible nights sleep and waking up very unrelaxed which was very disappointing as this was supposed to be a special night away to end a terrible year. When checking out We asked the hotel reception staff if we could leave our case for an hour in the storage room to which he rolled his eyes before telling us “I’ve got stuff to do on my computer” all in all it was a horrendous stay and a disappointment from Yotel especially in such a busy city where the customer service should be a level of excellence .
