Our stay was a treat for my 2 daughters, we had an excellent time, used the facilities and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite

Fine stay

On arrival our room wasn't ready for us. We should have been able to check in from 3pm but it wouldn't be ready until 4pm. Not a big problem for us but a bit annoying. Once in the room all was fine, comfy bed and good space. Some small details has been missed. The TV remote has never been cleaned, very grubby and the ironing board cover didn't fit the board making it tricky to use
