Perfect location walkable to most attractions!

Perfect location in Grassmarket, next to Victoria street and walkable to most main attractions. Very comfortable and I loved the water filling station.

We stayed in a one bedroom, suite and found it quite comfortable. The little nice cities meant a lot. I like the real wool blanket on the bed and so fitting for staying in Scotland. There is one gal in the Breakfast room that had a terrible attitude, though. She would ask you what you want to order as you were walking to the ladies room or the buffet. Totally inappropriate. Other than the one gal, we found the staff very helpful and friendly.

great location and comfot

Wonderful hotel near Victoria St and lots of restaurants/pubs. Comfy bed and the front desk was so helpful whether it was ice we needed, or help calling a taxi. Hallways felt like a dorm room but the rooms themselves were spacious, and comfortable.

Welcoming staff on arrival- which was before our check in time as we hoped to leave our bags .. but our room was ready so they let us check in really early!! The room contained everything you require, and was serviced each day .

What a great location! My daughter and I stayed for 1 night. We had a fantastic view of the castle! The most comfortable Bed and a pull out couch. We lucked out when we arrived because there was an outdoor market across from the hotel. We found and purchased some great items and food. We were within walking distance to the castle and shops/streets. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The hotel staff were very accommodating.
