Great location and very spacious apartment. Stayed with my husband, mum and one year old son and he had plenty of room to crawl around. Lift straight to our room was very handy so no need to use stairs. Apartment was lovely and warm too. Only bad thing would be the floorboards are very squeaky and loud but was only in the living room and wasn’t a huge deal. Staff are very friendly especially the young man on the front desk. We arrived early so could store luggage there and go off and explore. Will defiantly return.

Location is very good with good service and the flat was well organized. One think that maybe improved is the noise of water pump that appear when do you use water.

We liked the amount of space with a small well equipped kitchen with everything you could need including a dish washer and tablets and a bottle of milk in the fridge. Nice spacious bathroom with soft large bath towels. Location was 10 minute walk to the centre of Princess street but it was a nice walk along the royal mile.

Edinburgh on your doorstep!

Spacious, well equipped apartment close to the royal mile. Quiet and off the main street with small supermarket and restaurants on your doorstep. We had a lovely view of Arthur's Seat cliff top. Daily room service, dishwasher facilities along with all you need to have a cuppa on arrival, two bathrooms and good sized bedrooms made the stay comfortable.

Well placed for attractions & Station

A comfortable one night stay. The only problem I had was that the door of the apartment I booked had a faulty lock and could be opened by anyone without use of a keycard. Fortunately I discovered this soon after checking in and the staff quickly arranged another room for me. It is well placed for Edinburgh tourist attractions and Waverley Station. At the price I paid, it represented good value. I would stay there again.

Edinburgh Weekend

Brilliant hotel. Not too far from the centre and has a fully equiped kitchen. Clean and even had fresh milk in the fridge which i though was a nice little touch. Comfortable double bed and found staff to be very helpful. Only let down i would say is the shower - the glass screen does nothing and the floor was covered with water. The shower itself wasn't the greatest but other than that i cant fault the place

Staff helpful and friendly & very well equipped kitchen I left my flat cap at hotel, which they found and posted onto to me - but felt the £5 charge to do this was a bit excessive Minor issues: Wall mounted TV could not swivel round enough to view it when sitting and eating at the breakfast table - no problem when viewing TV from the bed Shower head needed securing ..was like a mad serpent shooting water everywhere, most onto the floor when trying to have a shower ( reported to staff on departure) Bathroom very warm - no way to turn off heated towel rail - minor issue in winter - could be more of a problem in summer months Yes would recommend venue and would use it again

Great apartments, great location, but revamp needed!

Stayed here many times. The apartments have a great location just off the Royal Mile. They are spotlessly clean and well equipped but money does need spending on renewing fixtures and fittings as many items were broken (but still useable). The heat detector in the kitchens is also ridiculously sensitive making it extremely stressful to attempt to cook anything (even a slice of toast).
