Really lovely hotel although the heating system in the room was impenetrable - I ended up sleeping in my coat because I couldn’t make it work and the spare quilt was in a bag with a locked zip! Comfy bed tho and great shower which is all important when you’re staying for work. Really convenient location for xonnections across London

Stay was wonderful as usual! Did notice a number of vacuums and laundry bins left in the hallway…however I am also aware of the problems in finding reliable staff.

Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes.
