I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Park Plaza Westminster bridge, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. **Location:** The hotel is perfectly situated just steps away from the stunning view of Big Ben, plus, it’s close to local attractions and dining options, which made exploring the area super convenient. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of adventures. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, added to the overall comfort. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests I had. From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, everyone exuded professionalism and genuine hospitality. I had breakfast at their on-site restaurant every morning, and it was fantastic. The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very close to the center of attractions, like Big Ben and Westminster. The facility is excellent, comfortable to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in is a bit slow. They have online check in, I should have used it.

Park Plaza Westminister Bridge- Lovely hotel, pleasant stay. A big hotel, busy, lively but spacious.Pleasant, professional and friendly staff. Well organised and effecient hotel. Lovely view of Big Ben whether seated opposite at breakfast or walking through to other parts of the dining area. Things that could be better- the new lift system: let guests know to hold the card to the sensor thing whilst pressing your floor, don't do it seperatly- as you won't go anywhere. Lift area and lifts a bit dark and mirrory...beautiful to look at but difficult to see for some whether the left door has opened or not? and the lift flooring may be a bit disconcerting for mature guests. I stayed in room. Room was spacious and generally clean. Only issues were the chair in the room, one arm full of dust, you could write your name in it. When we arrived the torn seat cushion was not positioned correctly, leaving the torn area and foam on display- not a good first impression for a 4 star. Easily fixed either repair/ glue it or replace it. The silver strips running along the underside of the sink in the bathroom, all strips under the sink were stained, couldn't figure out whether it was from toothpaste from previous guests?hard water stains? cleaning product? Minor issue side bath panel, small amount of plastic remains , not fully removed at fitting. Tea coffee making facilities available, but space small and confined leading to steam build up in confined boxed area.Kettle lead is short.

They ‘forgot’ to put hand towels & guest water in the room, but room service was very prompt to bring these when asked. More annoyingly, there’s no disclosure on the website that spa facilities actually need booking weeks in advance - so it’s effectively NOT an option for many.

Overall, this is an wonderfully run and maintained property. As a traveler, my only complaint is there was no counter space in the bathroom and the sink was so big, there was little to no space to put our travel products (deodorant, shaving creme, etc.).

Awesome hotel! Has a gym and a pool - but due to demand, one has to book a reservation spot for the heated pool which is large enough to actually swim laps in. The room was clean and the entire facility and location was top notch. Thank you!

Very convenient for sight seeing and dinning but definately in the tourist area near the riverfront so if you dont like crowds (maybe London isnt for you). The hotel is nice.

Excellent location for families - short walk to the Westminster bridge, hop on hop off bus, Shrek’s Adventure, London Eye, etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The check-in process was very frustrating. We checked in online to save time and avoid lining up, as encouraged by the hotel. The digital key wouldn’t work and the app kept glitching, so we had to line up for anyways after a long day of travel, only to be told the room wasn’t even ready. Our room was supposed to have a king size bed, but it was just two smaller beds pushed up together. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable, either. Otherwise the room was decent. The restaurant food was overpriced, but good. Service in the bar was exceptional. The cafe was decent. Breakfast was a typical buffet - recommend going early (certainly before 9 am); otherwise the lineups are off putting. I waited almost 15 minutes in line for a coffee, as one of the machines was broken and only one was working. The online booking tool for the spa wasn’t working through the app, but the treatment that I had at the spa with Rhiannon was exceptional - highly recommend. Overall, would stay here again, with slightly lower expectations. A few hiccups and definitely some room for improvement on the part of the hotel, but you can’t beat the location and with a young family, that was important for us.
