The hotel was lovely and the amenities were perfect. We came from my partners birthday so wouldve thought the hotel would have given us a room upgrade or a small gift (i got a bottle of prosecco at crown plaza for my birthday). But other then that the service and facilities were great!

I have only good things to say about this hotel!! ! had the perfect stay. I felt safe & secure. Located close to The Tube, busses & restaurants. The room I was given had the perfect view as well!! The front desk staff are very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns; Especially Yoamita!! Thank you for making my First time in London an Enjoyable one!!

Great comfortable room. The lifts are a nightmare, having to wait minutes on some occasions to get it to your floor. I wasn’t impressed that the fire alarm went off just before checkout, leaving me with no option but to rush around in a hurry to get my stuff together to get out and get my train. Then find out it wasn’t a real one.

Great pool and fitness centre. Very friendly and helpful staff in the dining and bar section. The hotel otherwise was disappointing. First the fridge was not working that the hotel and when asked the first time then said it would be working soon. When asked a second time they said it hadn’t worked for over a month and it wouldn’t be working throughout our stay. This was annoying as we had bought things to store in the fridge before and had not been given notice of this previously. Secondly when our house keeping was not done correctly and we wanted new glasses, they would not accommodate. We would have to go and get ourselves, even though this was not our fault. The location of the hotel was also not as close the tower bridge as we thought. We have stayed at Leonardo hotels before and this was one of the worst.

We liked the separation of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed is best for young children as it squeeked alot, the matress was not the best when it came to comfort.

This property was very nice and centrally located. The main reason we booked this hotel was because it had a pool but we were very disappointed that the pool had restrictive hours for kids. They were very not convenient hours especially if you wanted to tour the city all day. This just dampened our stay here a bit. If I knew this in advance, I would not have booked this hotel.

The location was convenient. The property was clean and staff very nice. Rooms need updating, the ac did not work so without a window my room was stuffy, the minibars were unavailable, but beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. I enjoyed breakfast everyday and the spa/pool are was an added plus. A friend stayed at another property in same price range and it was much nicer. All in all Id stay here again if the rate was more competitive.

Place was excellent, only a 5-7 min walk from Tower bridge and East Aldgate tube stations, staff are very helpful, rooms are great, pool and gym are the bsst j’ve stayed at. My only minor complaint is that we stayed for 3 nights in early August and 2 of the elevator’s out of 4 were down and when we returned 3 weeks later for a one night stay before returning home one of the two elevators for our wing was still not working and was causing 10 minute backups to get back up to our room. This is obviously a temporary issue so doesn’t affect my rating of 5 stars for the property - will definitely return when next in London, thanks
