The location was amazing. The rooms were pretty small but had the basic commodities. The only downside was no fridge or microwave. Room had a limited number of outlets

Great property in the middle of the city, close to tons of pubs and amazing restaurants. You can walk easily to the tube and Piccadilly square. Rooms are small but very well designed. Check in was a breeze and they even let us check in early with no hassle. Although, there was very loud construction right outside the door and a construction man even came into our room, with our permission, to check in on the water temperature. Overall a great stay and would recommend the property.

Room rather dark, small window, but the beds were comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and the two restaurants were good and welcome. We were here on business.

Good spot

Very good service awesome location and the beds are nice and soft. Glad they are having a remodel as the rooms are dated. On a funnier note I've never seen a TV so small in a room. Which isn't a complaint since we weren't there to watch TV. Will definitely stay again

A bland and heavily used hotel

This is a very heavily used hotel… a bit old fashioned and dated and no particular highlight or memorable features. Funnel in the front door, sleep there and leave … nothing noteworthy or worth returning for.

Pro: excellent staff; held bags free after checkout; very good breakfast selection, if purchased; easy check in/out. great location near underground and very walkable to restaurants, Trafalgar Square, etc. Cons: very small room for 2people; small shower; toilet didn't flush with 4 or 5 tries, long elevator waits. Should b noted this place is under renovation, so some of these things may change. Overall, I would return here if a single traveler.

Nice location in the center of London

It's a nice place to stay in central London. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. My main complaint would be that the shower just had this little half-wall and would leave the floor soaked. Also, my toothbrush, toothpaste, and a bottle of pills went missing. The hotel replaced my teeth cleaning products but I didn't notice the pills until later. After that I made sure everything was put away and locked up.

Great hotel, wonderful location. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. Our only slight complaint would be the elevators were constantly crowded and no electricity outlet next to the bed.
