The room was cold. I assumed it was normal as there was no heating control in the room. I stupidly didn’t call reception as I don’t stay in hotels often, so am not practised at it. I slept in my coat and had very little sleep.

We stayed in room 388 which they made up as a twin for us. Unfortunately this means placing one bed flat next to the radiator and switching it off so the person does not burn themselves. The bed side wall mounted light is now dangerously close to the persons head occupying the right twin bed. If this was a double it would be safe. BUT not as a twin. Also the shower did not have much pressure and when it did come through it was then very hard to turn it off. It kept dripping. The TV needed to be retuned. Both of these maintenance issues were reported only the TV was fixed.

Well priced centrally located hotel

I needed somewhere to put my head down for the night after an evening out in Soho and this did the job perfectly. I reserved a small single room and, yes, it was small but it was perfectly comfortable and the check-in and out process was quick and efficient. Would happily use again.

beautiful hotel, good sized room, multiple dining options inside, easy to rent umbrellas (which we needed!) and close to Oxford street and so many restaurants shops and metro. Great location!

Just uncomfortable

Worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel ever. Bed may as well of been a sofa bed. It creaked like mad, was rock hard and just generally uncomfortable. The walls (at least in my section of the hotel) must of been paper thin as you could hear everything going on next door. I was woken up by a neighbouring rooms vibrating alarm at 5:20 which continued until 5:40. Won’t be staying again.
