Horrible won’t stay at this place anymore, pool was close, People talking on their phones in hallways in the middle of the night front desk didn’t do anything about it even that i reported

First of all, they don’t have security in the hotel or someone to keep an eye overnight, people drinking in the middle of the night in the hallways, strangers jump into my parents balcony at night to take the table and chairs so they can drink!!! There’s was a guy who every night come to our front door and talk on the phone around midnight till 2 AM, we called front desk but they didn’t do anything about it, pool was close, Expedia didn’t mention anything in their Website when I booked my rooms. Very disappointed I would never and I mean never stay in this hotel again.

Only think I liked is safe parking and clean room. Pool was filthy, no fridge , no micro, nothing else beside beds basically. Everything is quite dated….

Very basic city center hotel with secure parking. You will need to give them a set of car keys as they pack cars into the central courtyard.

The parking was secure and the valet did a great job maneuvering. The staff were accommodating. Definitely call ahead of bringing a pet with you to make sure there is a pet friendly room available

Centrally located on the Central Park. Parking lot fills up and they tandem park the cars. But it is well run and no matter how buried your car looks they can free it quickly so you can leave ahead of the folks whose cars are pared in front of yours. Interesting system but it works.

Advertised as having queen beds and upon arrival they were full size beds. They were unwilling to change us to a room with two beds. Bed was hard as a rock! Good water pressure and hot water was a plus. A/C too worked good. Hotel is located on the square which was nice. Parking is inside of hotel and you could hear when they had to move cars around to park everyone or to get cars out. Probably will look into other options next time we go there.

Great little one night stay

Great hotel, a bit rundown from age, and hotel staff are mainly accomodating. The internet tested well on speed test but was spotty while trying to use it for work. We didn't see the pool, but the views of the park we awesome for people watching.
