Good bed, good pillows, nice bathroom, filthy rug
The room was pleasant except.... we dropped a glass of water on the rug and cleaned it up with a rag. The rag was filthy when we were finished. After that I was leery about the dirty rug and felt uncomfortable. Too much waste and unfriendly packaging in the breakfast area.

Easy to get to. Nice area by ridge hill shops. Easy drive to the Bronx which is where we were going. The only thing is pool closes at 7pm. We arrived at 7:30 thinking we’d be able to use it and could not. Staff was very friendly and place was clean!

I like the large accessible room on the fifth floor. I like the breakfast and the decor of the lounge area. The pool was nice and clean, and I had a personal lifeguard since I was the only one in the pool for 30 minutes. The check-in woman wasn’t overly friendly. I like to be greeted with a smile. This is going to be our home for the next two or three days.

Room keys not working so i had to constantly ask to be let in to my room. The pool monitor person was circling the pool as while me and my kids were utilizing the premises, making it for unnecessary awkwardness. They charge for bottles of water. My room was not cleaned thoroughly. I found pairs of shoes and garbage under the bed from previous occupants.
