Yes, it is somewhat run down but on the basics it was fine: clean, safe, quiet, good sized room, comfortable bed, good service and good value for the price.

Came to relax but the Pool was cold Bed headboard was lose every turn I made it sounds like the bed was going to fall apart Bed sheets had a hold in it the bathroom had a lil smell

Great location

The hotel is in a great location that's close to the highway the outlet stores shopping restaurants activities. The hotel is updating their look their rooms and everything so far looks good I have stayed at this location before when it was owned by another company and the new owner is definitely making some improvements in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Staff were fabulous, good AC, clean bathroom. No vending machines, broken exterior door locks, no outside garbage cans, no outdoor seating besides pool area.

We luv the professionalism of Kay she was the only one that help us the most. On are stay at the 88 Palms wish the pools was available for us to at lease enjoy some what of are stay, but it was getting worked on and repairs.

Gave away prepaid room. Evening staff was rude. Room had soaking wet carpet and smelled moldy. Bathroom light stopped working. Overall, horrible hotel and stay.
