The whole hotel is nice, but there are certain areas that need work and are clearly ignored. Our room was beautiful in the pictures but the bathroom and behind the bed etc was disgusting. It needs a deep clean. For the amount we paid, it was very disappointing. I did not expect this. My biggest issue was the fact that there was a $75 charge to remove the alcohol from the mini bar in my room. I am a recovering alcoholic and this was my first sober vacation and they wanted to charge me for trying to be a better person. Beach and pool are beautiful, but the filthy bathroom and the charge to remove the alcohol from my room are the two reasons I will not return.

I love this property and have been a loyal guest for 25 years! This is my 3rd trip in the past year and my partner, Will, and I have decided to make the Fountianbleu our tradition Thanksgiving destination! We stayed in the Sorrento building this trip (oceanfront studio suite) and had an 18th floor room. The room needs updating and prob some redesigning (Will and I would be happy to consult for a makeover). That said, I love the property and staff and the location is walkable while not being right in everything so u get some movement haha!
