This place is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I had my expensive designer backpack stolen out of my room. Upon discovering the theft, I immediately reported the incident to hotel staff. However, the response from the hotel was inadequate and unhelpful. The staff showed no urgency in addressing the situation and failed to provide any meaningful assistance or compensation. Despite several attempts to contact hotel management, they did not offer to investigate the matter or even provide an explanation for how the break-in occurred. In addition, the hotel did not take any reasonable measures to secure the room, such as confirming the security of locks, cameras, or other protections. The lack of appropriate security measures contributed to the theft, which could have been prevented had the hotel fulfilled its duty of care.
