Everything was great except when we went to the beach. There was no one to assist and they had all the beach chairs and umbrellas locked down because it was supposed to rain. It didn’t actually rain until late that night, disappointing.

This is a huge hotel that is purely designed to milk whoever passes through its doors for as much as they possible can. Lacks attention to detail, lacks genuine customer service and it's just a money making machine. I wouldn't stay here again

I stayed here on the kast week of July, and i have to say, I loved it, the property was clean and nice, and the 7 plus pools were nice as well. The steakhouse Prime 54 was good including the staff. Fontainebleau will always hold a special place in my heart.

Love the hotel and the pool. Check in was fast and they were able to give us a room way before check in time and it was so helpful after our overnight flight from CA. Appreciate the check in staff!! This is my third time staying here and I tried other hotels in Miami and I still love it here. Room was clean, people were nice, very nice and big pool. Very easy access to the beach and beach was beautiful! A big shout out to the pool staff, we encountered some issues with getting a bed at the pool and pool staff went above and beyond to make sure we got the bed and checked in with us every 20 mins. Also, the bar staff were very friendly as well. Thank you! The breakfast buffet was great and lots of food! Overall, I highly recommended this hotel and will definitely come back the next time. Thank you Fontainebleu !

First room they gave me wasn’t clean, had hairs and stains all over the bathroom and bed… They gave me another room which was nice but demanded I pay extra if I wanted to stay in that room
