This property was not clean and was lacking in customer service at all. We had to remove all bedding and then ask for new sheets as well as the chair in the room was super stained

Good Stay

We had a good stay here! No problems at all. The location is great, and the hotel staff were very friendly. It is nice that they give you bottled water and beach chairs. Great choice for staying in Miami Beach.

Great Location but Rooms are lacking...

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach. there is a nice restaurant and a bar on site. The rooms are mostly clean but I found lots of hair in the fresh new towels. not sure if from guests or service people. the toilet had a weird flusher like in public men urinals. the sink was almost shut and drained very slow with no ability to open without tools. the shower was mostly clean. they do provide good amount of soap and shampoo. the television was damaged some how, there were red lines across the screen, and the picture sometimes with go in and out I guess poor connection. the rooms are not very isolated and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways and other rooms sometimes if the people are loud.

This is an Oceanfront Resort so you have the amenities of being right next to the beach. That includes getting an umbrella and two chairs which is nice. Of course you have valet service that you have to pay for because there's nowhere else to park. The hotel is nice and pretty clean from what I saw I just thought the bathroom could have been a little cleaner... The staff was very nice!

0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend

The front desk people very rude didn’t wanna answer basic questions for a first time visitor. Ants everywhere in the room. It was a hot mess 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. I definitely wouldn’t go back. Also the plumbing system is horrible the tub fills up with water the toilet doesn’t wanna flush. All around a hot mess.

The property is old, may have been renovated but it looks and feels old. Our room was spacious and comfortable but since we stepped out of the elevator (only one elevator was working) we could smell weed. The whole floor smelled like weed, so bad that the scent woke me up at 2:30 AM. We were offered to switch to a different floor, but we were too tired to do that and we stayed for one night only so it wasn’t worth it. It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
