Hi Sonja,Thank you for your review of The Dean Cork!Due to our central location and being neighbours with the Train Station, unfortunately from time-to-time you may hear some noise due to this, but this is not common and we have put many measures in place to reduce this issue. We have sound proofing in place, and trains do not run throughout the night, we do also provide complimentary Ear Plugs in the rooms should you be a light sleeper. We can always assign a quieter room to you on your next stay on the city side which has less train noise but may have more city-life excitement. Many thanks,Roisin Rooms Division Manager
