We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and everyone was very pleasant. Wish there was more fridge space to accommodate our personal snacks and drinks and pillows were not comfy but other than that everything was wonderful. The restaurant food was very good as well as the poolside food. Spa was awesome and massages were fantastic.

It’s a lovely resort. The staff is excellent and professional. There was a very long wait for check in, the room wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after check in, and we found two hairs in the room. But the landscaping and facilities are outstanding and we would go back again to be down in the middle of Miami beach

This property is excellent. The only reason I have a lower rating is because a maintenance worker on staff catcalled myself and my young daughters on our way back from the pool one evening and then entered our room without warning while we were changing thereafter. He claimed it was a mistake, but it was creepy and gross to think someone like that has such access. I reported the issue and the hotel apologized and noted they would investigate and handle it. Again, a lovely hotel, but that experience definitely negatively impacted our stay.
